- The National Directorate of Sustainability visits Envera's Integral Disability Center

Last week, the national head of Sustainability of Airbus Spain, Javier Arnaldo, visited with his team our Integral Center for Disability in Colmenar Viejo (Madrid) where we had the opportunity to interview him on Radio Terrícola.
For many years, Airbus has been a trustee of the Envera Guardianship Foundation, an entity with which we watch over the rights and interests of people with intellectual disabilities when their family disappears, and also helps us to create sheltered employment through our Special Employment Center.
During this visit, Javier Arnaldo, Misael Pérez, Yolanda López-Pavón and Susana Muñoz, from the Sustainability, Diversity and Inclusion team, got to know in depth some of the work carried out by our professionals with disabilities in areas such as Handling, Digital Transformation or Solidarity Recycling.
In addition, they visited the Day Center for People with Great Support Needs, which has just turned 25 years old and is a reference in the care of the most vulnerable, as well as the Occupational Center where we have one of the studios of Radio Terrícola.
Our intrepid reporters did not miss the opportunity to ask the Airbus team about its inclusion and diversity initiatives, as a great socially responsible company committed to social sustainability.
