Madrid | February 2, 2022
This Wednesday, Envera's general manager, Enrique Grande, signed the adhesion, for the eighth consecutive year, to the Incorpora Program of the "la Caixa" Foundation. Throughout 2021, thanks to the participation in this initiative, Envera 's Labor Insertion Service assisted 132 people with disabilities, 75 of whom obtained employment despite the socioeconomic difficulties caused by the pandemic.
The Incorpora Network in Madrid has also allowed Envera to contact new companies to inform them of the benefits of hiring people with disabilities, especially intellectual disabilities: compliance with the General Disability Law, improved customer experience, greater sense of belonging among employees, reduced absenteeism, development of sustainability and CSR plans, compliance with the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), among other opportunities that allow organizations to be more competitive.
With this work, 27 companies have trusted Envera to provide employment opportunities for people with disabilities through Incorpora.
From the coordination of the Program they emphasize that Envera's social work "has very positive results, since all the indicators are above 100 % of achievement" of the proposed objectives and add that "the evolution in the results is satisfactory, being above the average with an effectiveness of 80 %".
For the technicians and candidates of the Labor Insertion Service, it is a recognition that Envera is positioned as "a reference" in the Incorpora Network.
