The City Council of Colmenar Viejo has given three people with intellectual disabilities the opportunity to perform their training practices in the Senior Center and the Department of Social Services of the town.

Users of DIGITAL14 (Itinerario Integrado de Inserción Laboral) attended on Thursday, September 24, the Job Fair for young people in INFECAR.

The project "Radio Terrícola, the radio that unites us" (radioterricola.com) has been chosen among 297 applications from 12 different countries. The jury, chaired by José Luis Fernández, Professor of Ethics at Comillas Pontifical University, valued the social impact of this initiative.

Pedro Sobrino, Envera's general director, provides the Community of Madrid with stimulation, psychotherapy, speech therapy, physiotherapy, psychomotor therapy and school support services for children between the ages of 0 and 18 who are fleeing from war and who suffer from developmental disorders or are at risk of suffering from them.

Linked to the world of performing arts and passionate about dance, she is studying the 2nd level of Secondary Education, after having successfully passed her qualification as Administrative Assistant. The IT security solutions technology company Unisys has joined the Board of Trustees of the Envera Foundation. The signing ceremony was attended by the president of Unisys, Ana Rubio, the president of envera, José Antonio Quintero, as well as its general director, Pedro Sobrino. People with Intellectual Disabilities have been shown to age faster than the rest of the population. That is why they are considered "older" from the age of 45.

The television star visited the envera group's headquarters in Madrid and in a simple but touching and endearing ceremony handed over the 10,000 euro cheque.
