Envera receives the ABC Solidarity Award for its more than 45 years of commitment to people with disabilities.

The gala of the XIX edition of the ABC Solidarity Awards was held at the headquarters of Vocento and recognized the solidarity of projects and organizations that contribute to and improve the lives of those most in need, such as Envera, a non-profit organization created in 1977 by employees of Iberia, which today, open to all of society, serves 5,000 people with disabilities and their families each year and provides stable employment for more than 850 people.
Ibercaja Foundation and Envera collaborate in the labor market insertion of women with disabilities

Last May, the Ibercaja 2022 Social Projects Project came to an end, with which the entity has supported Envera's Labor Insertion Service (SIL) to promote the employment of women with disabilities, especially in ordinary companies. Throughout last year and with the support of SIL professionals, 31 women with disabilities were able to access employment thanks to Envera.
Envera celebrates its IV Solidarity Paddle Tournament in favor of students with intellectual disabilities.

Envera has organized its IV Solidarity Paddle Tournament, a social event which has brought together 66 players, a hundred attendees and has had 26 corporate sponsors that have made possible a day of inclusion and sport whose benefits are intended to provide scholarships for the studies of young people with intellectual disabilities so they can obtain the Compulsory Secondary Education Graduate (ESO), the minimum qualification required for any person to work or continue training.
Connecting Solidarity': Envera participates in Telefónica's International Volunteer Day

The company's president, José María Álvarez-Pallete, participated in the special Radio Terrícola program along with athletes Teresa Perales and Gómez Noya and Telefónica volunteers. Radio Terrícola has become the voice of Telefónica's International Volunteer Day with a live program broadcast from its world headquarters in Madrid and produced by people with intellectual disabilities from Envera together with volunteers. In parallel, a group of fifty volunteers visited Envera's Integral Disability Center in Colmenar Viejo in a day of immersion in intellectual disability and participated in inclusive activities such as a large zumba class, recycling and craft workshops, planting seeds in the Envera Orchard and, as a culmination, a program in the studios of Radio Terrícola.
Envera participates in 'Iberia en Familia' with a special program of Radio Terrícola, handicrafts and organic products from its garden.

Envera has participated in the celebration of 'Iberia en familia', a great event that took place last weekend on the runways and hangars of La Muñoza, annexed to the Adolfo Suárez Madrid Barajas airport, and which brought together hundreds of people.
Envera expands its network of alliances with the NGO Pato Amarillo to help people at risk of exclusion

Envera and the Pato Amarillo Association have signed a collaboration agreement to help vulnerable families at risk of exclusion, especially in the Orcasitas neighborhood of Madrid. Thanks to this agreement, Envera's Solidarity Recycling Center will donate basic necessities to Pato Amarillo so that it can reach the people who need it most. Precisely, during this week the first delivery has taken place on the part of Envera. The donation consisted of various children's products such as diapers, clothing and footwear, school supplies and toys, among other items.
MAPOMA and Envera deliver more than 17,500 products to the Food Bank and Messengers of Peace

Envera and MAPOMA have delivered nearly 17,500 food products to the Fundación Banco de Alimentos and Mensajeros de la Paz, destined for the people and families that these organizations serve in Madrid. These are drinks, such as water and juices, and foodstuffs that have been donated in 3,500 surplus runner's bags from the Zurich Rock 'n' Roll Running Series Madrid, which took place last April.
Fifteen people with disabilities participate in the 'Agrojardín Envera' Training in Alternation with Employment Project in Tenerife.

Fifteen unemployed people with disabilities have started their classes within the Agrojardín Envera Training Project in Alternation with Employment (PFAE), which started last March 24 and lasts for one year. This project, offered by Envera at its headquarters in Tenerife, is a mixed employment and training process in which participants obtain a training-apprenticeship contract as an agricultural laborer and for which they receive 75% of the Minimum Interprofessional Wage (SMI). This initiative is subsidized by the Ministry of Labor and Social Economy and the Canary Islands Employment Service.
Iberdrola and Envera inaugurate the 'Dis-Friendly Classroom', a sustainable space for the training of people with intellectual disabilities.

Envera and Iberdrola have inaugurated the Dis-Friendly Classroom, an open-air, sustainable space made from recycled materials by volunteers from the company together with students with intellectual disabilities over several days that have taken place over the last six months.
