Pedro Sobrino, Envera's CEO, has described as a "great success" the charity auction "El viaje de la vida" (The journey of life), made up of 55 paintings by great international artists who have accompanied Iberia throughout its history, and which took place last Thursday 21st with the fundamental collaboration of Durán Arte y Subastas. Sobrino thanked the airline company, patron of the entity, and Consuelo Durán for their support "because these funds are a great help to continue advancing in the creation of employment for people with disabilities as well as in their care and that of their families, through our Support and Care Services".

Pedro Núñez Morgades, new member of Envera's Board of Trustees, visited this Tuesday the Entity's centers in Colmenar Viejo together with José Antonio Quintero, President of Envera - Asociación de Empleados de Iberia Padres de Personas con Discapacidad (Association of Iberia Employees Parents of People with Disabilities). With this visit, Núñez Morgades wanted to know in person the daily activities carried out by the beneficiaries and professionals of the Residence for the over 45 years old with premature aging, the Residence for the severely affected, the Guardianship Foundation, the Special Employment Center, Sports and the Day and Occupational Center.

Iberia, in collaboration with Durán Arte y Subastas, will hold a charity auction to sell 55 paintings on July 21. The funds raised will be donated in full to Envera, an association that was founded by airline employees almost 40 years ago and is currently open to the whole of society and serves 2,500 people with disabilities. AuctionDuranWith the slogan "The journey of life", the works to be offered for sale are part of the art collection that Iberia has compiled throughout its almost 90 years of history. Among them are "Flor de alcachofa" by Ecuadorian artist Oswaldo Guayasamín; "Castaños", by Vaquero Palacios, and two paintings by Manuel Viola, "Costa del Sol" and "Luz de Carihuela". The painter José Manuel Ciria is also present in this auction with his paintings "Composition", "Nightmare in Chelsea" and "Overset Tiger Shart".

Pedro Sobrino, General Manager, and Andrés Serna, worker of the Special Employment Center, represented Envera - Association of Iberia Employees Parents of People with Disabilities during the meeting organized by Abdón Pedrajas & Molero in Madrid on labor law, which was also attended by Xavier J. Braulio Thibault, General Director of Employment of the Ministry of Employment and Social Security, Ángel Blasco, Supreme Court Judge and Agustín González, Human Resources Director of Ferrovial Services, among others.

Belén Esteban has returned to visit the Madrid delegation of Envera - Association of Iberia Employees Parents of People with Disabilities almost a year after donating to this organization the prize received after winning a reality TV show, which has allowed Envera's Early Attention Service to have new therapeutic tools to continue assisting children up to 6 years of age with disabilities.

The Dream-It Foundation has once again visited the centers in Colmenar Viejo of Envera - Asociación de Empleados de Iberia Padres de Personas con Discapacidad and, on this occasion, Mona Biegstraaten, President of CIONET Spain and Latin America, and Luis Miguel Rosa, General Director of the largest community of Information Technology (IT) managers in Europe, were accompanied by the CIONET Advisory Board, twenty-two professionals from leading companies in Spain.

The employees of the FOD (Foreign Object Debris/Damage) program at Iberia's Hangar 5, located in the La Muñoza complex, have decided to donate the amount of the FOD Excellence Award granted by Airbus to Envera - Association of Iberia Employees Parents of People with Disabilities, complying with all the transparency procedures that must accompany a social action of these characteristics and that the aeronautical company requires. With this award, which Airbus grants quarterly to its work teams and which always has a solidarity purpose, the multinational wanted to recognize its employees, who work with Iberia in Hangar 5, for "the speed with which they have been updated in the FOD techniques", which allow to eliminate waste and objects that can compromise the aircraft, as Alberto Castrillo, responsible for Airbus, said in a ceremony that took place in the hangar itself.
